Can I drop off my computer for repairs?

No, sorry we do not have a store front. If you do not want to have the service performed at your home or business location, we can arrange for a pickup, repair and delivery that fits your schedule. Please refer to In Shop Repair.

Can you get rid of viruses on my computer?

We can attempt to remove viruses, spyware, trojans, malware, hijacks and the multitude of other malicious code that you encounter on a daily basis. This process can take considerable time and still be unsuccessful. The only true guarantee of virus removal is backing up data files, erasing the hard drive and reloading software, including up to date virus protection, from its original media. This process takes approximately three to six hours to complete. Please refer to Pre Paid Time Packages.

My computer crashed is my data lost?

A computer crash can mean many different things. We can recover data from working hard drives. That means if we can hook your hard drive to our computer and see it we can recover your data. If the hard drive has a mechanical or electronic failure so that normal computers cannot detect it, we will only charge a minimal fee and there may be another service that can help you. Please refer to Data Backup / Transfer.

Do you work on Apple / Mac?

Yes, we can setup, network and install software on all Apple Computers. At this time we are not authorized by Apple to do actual repair work. Please refer to Computer Setup or Network Setup.

Why are your rates lower than your competitors?

We're don't know why some places charge business owners more than residential customers. When you bought the computer they don't charge you more because you own a business. So the question is why are their rates higher than mine?
