In Shop Repair Service:

From time to time we encounter a problem that can not be resolved on-site. You do not want to get a huge bill just because we can't bring the entire shop to every job. We developed a flat fee to cover a two trip service event which includes pickup, delivery and work performed off-site.

· In Shop Repair $125.00 Used when either the technician has determined that service/repair can not be completed on-site or the customer does not want on site service. Includes two trips to site for initial diagnosis and reconnection after repair. Includes up to 30 minutes on initial call and 15 minutes to reconnect equipment. Includes all time spent at shop in repair of computer. Computer usually returned within 1-3 business days but may vary based on part availability

· Does not include cost of part(s) needed to repair the unit. Does not include data backup / restoration. Does not include software installation not directly related to hardware being repaired. In case of hard drive replacement, customer must supply recovery media and certificate of authenticity and unit will be restored to factory condition. After the initial 15 minutes to reconnect equipment, standard hourly rates will resume

Payment for service due at initial visit with balance for part(s), if any, due at return visit. Customer will be contacted once suitable replacement part(s) are located with final quote. If customer opts not to repair the unit due to the cost of replacement part(s), unit will be returned with no additional charge. Additional charges may apply for backups, distance or after hours service
