Standard Hourly Rates:

Hourly rates encompass whatever is needed on the service call. You may choose hourly rates if you are unsure what it is you need to have done. Whether it is training, consultation, hardware diagnostics, software installation, configuration, upgrades, tune-ups, relocations or anything else you can think up hourly rates is the choice for you.

An additional $15.00 is included in the first hour of service to cover travel to the site. We believe that just because your service took a little more than one hour doesn't mean you should pay a stiff penalty. Service is calculated to the nearest quarter hour after the initial hour. If your needs require more than 2.75 hours of service, you might want to consider using our pre-paid time rates.

· First Hour Service $75.00 One hour minimum per trip First hour includes trip fee

· Additional Hour $60.00 May be purchased at any time during initial service call. Rates can be reduced by using pre-paid rates after 3 hours

· Additional Quarter Hour $15.00 May be purchased at any time during initial service call Service rounded to nearest quarter hour
